The hut is rustic but comfortable. It requires a communal state of mind and a willingness to forego certain creature comforts, mainly because of the absence of plug-in electricity and running water. The hut kitchen has a wood-burning cook stove, propane range top, pots, pans, and table service, but no running water.
A special thank you to the 10th Mountain Division Hut Association for providing access to these beautiful remote huts built to honor the legacy of the men who served in the 10th Mountain Division.
