Dear Friends,
2022 marks the sixth year of the Annual Sheriff’s Cup Golf Tournament, taking place on Saturday June 25th at the Aspen Municipal Golf Club. This year’s event will once again benefit Huts for Vets, a local non profit organization who does amazing work helping veterans from around the country heal from the emotional and mental scars of war. Founded in 2013 in Aspen, Colorado, HFV utilizes our 10th Mountain Division hut system to share communal experiences in a healing outdoor environment with fellow veterans. All at no cost to participants thanks to friends like you supporting events like the 2022 Sheriff’s Cup Golf Tournament. Our service men and women have sacrificed so much for us and the trauma experienced by these brave groups cannot be ignored. We all must do something to honor and care for these soldiers. I have personally seen veterans change after a HFV wilderness experience. It’s profound to be able to provide a little relief for people who have given up so much for us. I’m asking you to please donate or sponsor whatever you can for this worthwhile cause. There are several levels of event sponsorships that can be taken advantage of, or you can join us on Saturday, June 25th for a fun day of golf (invite only registration information will be out soon).
